For hygiene and safety purposes, we can only accept returns for items that have not been worn and are in their original condition.
Items returned in their original condition are entitled to a full discount, but customers are responsible for the cost of return postage.
For the purposes of clothing, we are happy to replace clothing items that do not fit with a replacement of the correct size, providing they have only been briefly tried on and are not otherwise stained, soiled or damaged.
The decision of whether or not an item is eligible for a return will ultimately be at the discretion and final decision of the vendor. This does not affect your statutory rights.
